What do I need to provide?

A short description of the problem and, if you have them, examples of your current reports or an extract of your data. We can work with Excel exports, CSV files or database extracts.

How is pricing decided?

Indicative ranges are on the pricing page. After a short discovery call we send a written quote with scope, revisions and a payment schedule.

Is my data kept confidential?

Yes. Client data is used only for the agreed work and is not shared. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before you send anything.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We are based in Kenya and work remotely by video call, WhatsApp and email, with in-person sessions available by arrangement.
